Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will drive and generate new business opportunities as well as supporting existing customers. Our brand Vivion Inc (part of Operio Group) is a fast-growing and family-owned company that specializes in quality ingredients for the Nutritional, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Agricultural and Industrial markets. We have products for nearly every application.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Following and utilizing the Sales Playbook.
  • Supporting marketing efforts through identifying customers and prospects to nurture.
  • Set appointments and coordinate Outside sales resources to close sales when needed.
  • Respond to quote requests to qualify customers.
  • Set appointments for customer discovery meetings or calls.
  • Supporting the Director of Sales and the Outside Sales team as necessary.
  • Working extensively in our CRM and document all daily activities, deals and customer interactions there.
  • Learning to create value propositions for customers through product knowledge.
  • Work defined leads lists to qualify potential new customers.
  • Creating quotes and closing sales on products and/or services.


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-3 years sales or customer service experience
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Great listening skills
  • Great follow up and follow through, and capable of meeting goals/targets
  • Quick learner, driven, and self-motivated
  • General working knowledge of G suite and Hubspot desired
  • Market knowledge (desired)
