• A challenging sales role with the opportunity to use all your skills and get paid well with a generous $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
• A successful first year Dating Specialist earns an average of $70,000 per year. Plus, we add contests throughout the month to reward your hard work even more!

Opportunity Overview

• Enjoy a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and can transform you into an It’s Just Lunch Dating Specialist!
• You will also get to talk to them about potential matches and then, select matches for your new client based on your interview with them.
• Your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone.
• You will use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them.

Qualifications

• Experienced at handling a high volume of outbound calls per day.
• Positive thinking and a passion to help others find their special someone!
• At least 2 years’ experience as a phone sales Professional.
• Strong closer who doesn’t shy away from objections.

Location

• This opportunity is in office only (NOT REMOTE) first 6 months. Eligible to work remote after 6 months (Eligibility will be based on tenure, attendance, and performance)
• Our Dallas office is located conveniently off of the Dallas North Tollway which makes commuting a breeze. We are just 5 minutes from the Willow Bend Mall are, so there are a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby.
