The Inside Sales Representative within Safety and Productivity Solutions (PSS team) will manage sales opportunities within a specific territory by generating, following, and closing opportunities. The role will require marketing campaign and lead management, cold call activities, pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results.
This position is remote and candidates should preferably be located in the following states: New York, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs
- Follow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stage
- Prospects the market to identify business opportunities
- Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development)
- Build deep relationships within the territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for PSS products and services
- Builds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone
- Account management activities; upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell
- Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customer needs are fully met
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience handling and growing a book of business in sales
- Account management experience

- Understanding of different types of products in Safety and Productivity Solutions portfolio
- Understanding of sales process

- Base salary range 60k-80k based on experience
