We receive calls from alumni/members to capture their personal stories for the Oral History Projects, collect data to update directories, and sell the published books along with alumni merchandise. Inside Sales Associates

• Learn proven sales strategies applied in a high-energy and supportive environment
• Collect stories and conduct interviews for the Oral History Project
• Report to the Inside Sales Manager and meet regularly to develop a positive working relationship
• Sell directories, Oral History Projects, and alumni products (such as hats, travel bags, and apparel)
• Contests, sales and leadership training, recognition
• Update client's contact records for their school or organization’s directory
• Experience pitching products and creating value propositions to clients
• Sales professionals work from home generating sales from 40-50 inbound and outbound calls daily

Requirements:

Requirements for Inside Sales Associates

• This position is remote however, the employee must live: AL, AR, GA, FL, KS, MS, MO, SC, OK, TX, WI or VA
• Must be skilled in making high volume sales calls
• Knowledge in: Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or other call center software
• Must complete a background and drug screen within 48 hours of receiving an offer
• Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Minimum 1 year of total work history - professional sales experience or 4 year college degree (preferred)

Inside Sales Associates Pay Rate and Schedule

• Flexible 8 hour shift between 10am CST - 9pm CST
• Rate of pay: $15 per hour + uncapped commission
• One Saturday per quarter (every three months)
• Average Associates earn $40K to $65K+ per year! High volume inbound/outbound sales environment
• Monday - Friday, offering full-time shifts only
