Job Description
BodySpec is seeking a stellar, experienced Recruiter to join our Culture team and take ownership of our recruiting pipeline. This is a work from home opportunity for an experience Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What Will You Do?


  • Collaborate with all teams to identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as great employment opportunity
  • Initiate kick-off meetings with hiring managers to have full understanding of their requirements and needs
  • Attract suitable candidates through active prospecting and networking
  • Assist with the onboarding process from preparing offer letters to assisting with new hire orientations
  • Devise sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill and maintain the hiring pipeline. Manage recruiting budget and report regularly on pipeline status.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to fill open positions
  • Fully responsible for effective management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • As needed, assist in other HR functions to facilitate workplace initiatives and the success of BodySpec’s mission.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Independently motivated, hardworking and resilient with a strong work ethic
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems; JazzHR ATS experience a bonus
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master of time management
  • Experience with HRIS systems: Gusto a bonus
  • 3+ years experience


Compensation


Expected total annual compensation of $61,000 plus stock option grants
  • All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance.
  • $500/month bonus based on hitting monthly company revenue goals and individual performance metrics
  • $55,000 starting base salary
  • We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows. Additionally, all base wages are adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes every 6 months.
  • Your annual compensation consists of salary and bonuses.
