Job Description

Match4Action Foundation, the non-profit arm of CrowdDoing, is seeking a Pro Bono, In-House Council to support its mission of de-risking and developing social innovations through global collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute their skills and expertise in support of meaningful, impactful work.


Responsibilities:

The Pro Bono, In-House Council will work with the Match4Action Foundation team to:

1. Provide legal and compliance guidance on various projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

1. Legal and compliance.

2. Non-profit compliance and regulation.

3. Experience working with non-profits or other social impact organizations.

4. Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to public health and social innovation.

As the Pro Bono, In-House Council, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring that Match4Action Foundation's work is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, while also helping to drive social impact. The foundation's projects are aimed at addressing critical public health issues, and you will have the chance to be a part of creating real, positive change in the world.
