Job Description

Information Technology Recruiter

Onsite

Greenbelt MD

  • Sources, screens and provides shortlisted qualified candidates for a various list of engineering roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing and competitive environment.
  • Meet with Human Resources and the Hiring team to have a full-scale understanding of the open positions.
  • Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and clients, regarding the bill rates on w2/1099/CTC basis.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates with the utmost professionalism and respect.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
  • Checking for right requirements that match our consultant profile in various Job boards and social networking sites.
  • Must have experience in marketing and placing CPT, OPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, GC and US Citizens.
  • Gather and provide feedback to the management team on how we could improve.
  • Should have excellent networking skills with the creativity to tap vendors.
