Information Technology Project Manager

Our client, a nonprofit healthcare network, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team!

In this role, you will support and enhance complex Information Technology initiatives in identifying project objectives, design, conversion, testing and implementation of project plans.

*This opening is a 3-month contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion*

Responsibilities

• Recommend process improvement opportunities
• Engage appropriate health system resources and vendors to discuss and resolve challenges, technical solutions and associated cost estimates
• Document and communicate clearly and timely with customers on project status and issues
• Facilitates meetings with customers, clients, vendors and appropriate IT staff
• Work with Project Manager to ensure a review and tracking process exists throughout the project life-cycle
• Report on and document outcomes and project benefits
• Interact with business and clinical customers to understand needs and assist in collecting, documenting and analyzing business requirements

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of IT functions
• 5+ years progressively responsible IT administration or technical experience, including experience leading projects
• Knowledge of Project management tools (MS Project), preferred.
• Knowledge of project management principles and process, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
