Title: Business Information Analyst /Data Analyst/ Service Now Analyst /Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote -PST hours

Description/Responsibilities: ServiceNow tool, service management – heavily favouring someone with very strong ServiceNow experience, building dashboards and performance analytic modules within the tool. Both reporting

• Own a set of data visualizations that may need to be continuously evolved to increase level of sophistication and/or answer new business questions, but remain simple to use

• Partner with Portfolio leadership and business stakeholders to understand what metrics/information would be most useful to uncovering insights and accelerate meeting business goals

Top 3-5 Skills:

- ServiceNow experience (2+ years) performance analytics

- Data Analytics (Reporting and performance analytics experience)

- Visualization skills – in ServiceNow

- ITIL V4 certification is a plus

- Excellent communication, strong deadline management, Overall IT Awareness

Background: ServiceNow Analyst (reporting and performance analytics)

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Strong visualization skills
• Service Now Experience – 2 years minimum
• Data and Analytics Experience – 5 years minimum
