Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent discipline with 0-2 years of experience

Monitors progress against deadlines including timely communication of current status, obstacles, and issues to management as needed.

Interest and willingness to learn the requirements of SOC reporting, PCI standards/security best practices, and/or HITRUST requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills

Information Assurance Analyst with NIST/RMF/GRC tool experience. Must have experience providing clients with security requirement recommendations.

Required Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent

Manages compliance with published IA vulnerability alerts, software patches, and incident reporting procedures.

Serves as consultant to senior leadership and project managers for selected research and technology insertion/infrastructure migration efforts.

2-4 years of information technology experience

Experience as a ISSO , IA Analyst or similar position is required .

DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program certification IAT Level II or IAM Level II

Service Now Experience – 2 years minimum

Data and Analytics Experience – 5 years minimum

- ServiceNow experience (2+ years) performance analytics

- Data Analytics (Reporting and performance analytics experience)

- Visualization skills – in ServiceNow

Experience with UNIX & Shell scripting

Work with stakeholders (developers, BAs, etc.) & document work

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in software development, system design, and automated system testing

Proficiency with Java, Selenium, and SQL. Experience with other automated testing tools is desirable

Experience with other automated testing tools is desirable.

Experience with structured application development and change control methodologies

Experience with relational database methodology as well as methods for accessing and validating of data via SQL

Establish and satisfy information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.

Experience using eMASS and/or Xacta

BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Multi-tasking and time management skills

Experience working in JIRA Project Management

Recommend improvements to IT processes to strengthen controls and better manage risk.

Coordinate with internal and external audit teams, as needed, to fulfill regulatory requirements and obligations.

5-7 years of experience in IT audit, IT compliance, and/or GRC

Knowledge of industry-standard business and process management methods and approaches (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)

Capturing, eliciting, categorization and prioritization of requirements, use cases, user stories to document business needs within an agile development environment

Validating that the solution design meets business and functional requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience with Agile/Scrum

Demonstrated ability to draft capabilities narrative, business rules, and articulate procedure changes

Ability to to work in Knowledge of DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) and XML

Experience using DoD security management tools including ACAS and eMASS

Track and manage resolution of POA&Ms

Review and take corrective action with IAVA, SCAP and ACAS vulnerabilities

Demonstrated technical expertise with exceptional mathematical, analytical and critical thinking skills and an effective and innovative ability to solve problems.

Experience reviewing and applying STIGs

Experience using security scanning tools including Fortify and Nessus
