Job Title: Social Media Researcher - Influencer and Content Creator Discovery

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Researcher to join our team on a hourly contract/freelance basis. As a Social Media Researcher, you will play a crucial role in identifying and discovering exceptional influencers and content creators across various social media platforms. This remote position requires an in-depth understanding of social media dynamics, culture, photography, video production, automotive marketing, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on research findings to assist in influencer selection and content strategy development.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of identified influencers and content creators.
• Evaluate the quality, engagement, and authenticity of influencers and content creators to ensure they align with our brand's values and campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and emerging platforms in social media and influencer marketing.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify outstanding influencers and content creators within the automotive industry on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Experience working with automotive brands is preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify influencers and content creators who resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and recommendations effectively.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms for influencer discovery, tracking, and analytics.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Researcher, Talent Scout, or similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• A passion for photography, video production, and content creation.
• Knowledge of automotive marketing trends and the ability to identify influencers with an automotive focus.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing best practices, including knowledge of FTC regulations and guidelines.
