Position: Industrial Design Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities:

• Review chassis designs and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet project goals and objectives.

• Conduct research on user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

• Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts.

• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design proposals.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in industrial design

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in industrial design and product development.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
