Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a highly motivated Indiana Tailgate Support Member who is eager to help clients and assist in event production. You will be responsible for providing event setup, management, and cleanup support on event days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest inquiries during the event and ensure their needs are met.
• Load and unload tailgate equipment from vans and/or trucks.
• Set up tailgate equipment according to design and layout.
• Ensure a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for tailgate event attendees, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in vendor management.

Shift:

• Day shift
• 8-12 hour shift

Date range:

• September 2, September 9, September 23, October 21, November 4, November 18

Work setting:

• In person event site in Bloomington, IN
