Purpose team/Sr Manager Care DEIB to increase cultural responsiveness of trainings offered to care providers

Experience working with product teams and knowledge of basic product development practices

2 years experience designing training programs, workshops, and/or continuing education programs

Responsible for oversight and performance of a team of Training Managers and Specialists

Develops and implements training evaluations for all required offerings; responds adeptly to feedback provided by refining content and planning accordingly

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience as billing manager in skilled nursing facility or long term care corporate office.

Provide project management expertise and customer account representation as the implementation progresses.

5 or more years’ experience in skilled nursing care setting, preferably in multi-facility chain.

Working knowledge of manual and electronic long skilled nursing billing practices and procedures.

Detail OrientedThe successful candidate must have long term care industry knowledge and experience. Software implementation and set-up experience a plus.

May serve as pre-sales consultant to ensure an appropriate level of installation and training requirements are communicated to the customer.

4+ years of experience as an Implementation / Onboarding Manager at a SaaS company in a global fast-paced environment.

Experience with the property management industry is a huge plus. It's not a hard requirement, though.

We provide answering service software to the property management industry (i.e. managers of apartments) across the US.

Performs customer training via Zoom video call (as part of initial implementation and as-needed, if appropriate)

Assists with customer support ticket requests (related to implementations or otherwise)

Engages with customers through chat, email, Zoom video call, phone, or carrier pigeon as needed to work with clients

Must have experience in project management, sales, training and or support of strategic customers in the area of software solutions.

Project Management certifications are a plus.

Work with management to define repeatable processes, templates and methods for establishing end-to-end implementation plans.

Manage client expectations and ensure completed projects meet committed Service Level Agreements.

Work closely with Training Manager to review and approve content delivery.

Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for users (e.g., YouTube channel, web training, training videos, etc.).

Experience with change management and launching new teams

Create and deliver training programs for new processes & procedures (change management)

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a desire to build

Experience with online webinar and course creation tools (Articulate 360 is a plus)A passion for leading inclusive and empowering training programs

3-4 years experience as a trainer, facilitator or educator

Experience leading both in-person sessions and interactive webinars

Experience with Salesforce preferred, or similar Customer Relationship Management tool.

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.

Experience working in either a K-12, higher education institution, college access organization, or other educational services organizations

Serve as the primary point person for platform knowledge-building and training for the regional team.

Strong facilitation skills in high stakes environments.

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responds accurately and timely to product/training inquiries and clearly communicates training features and benefits.

This is a full-time, exempt remote position reporting to the Director, of the National Training Institute.

Experience with public sector is required.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of child welfare and mental health concepts and language.

Compiles distribution lists and prospecting research on organizations to provide outreach for NTI.

Compiling and tracking contacts and establishing and maintaining relationships with organizations.

5+ years experience with practice management or EHR implementation and training

Experience with project management tools

Be a subject matter expert on Privia’s processes and technology platforms (includes our AthenaHealth EHR and Practice Management platform)

Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred

Experience in a hospital or physician office setting, including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes.

Ensure proper coordination is occurring between the implementation team members and other Privia functions, including Finance, IT, Billing, and Credentialing
