Implementation Coordinator - Group Benefits

This role provides support for local sales representatives through contact with brokers and clients to improve group benefits (dental, disability, life, vision, critical illness insurance) product sales. There are a variety of areas in which you'll make a positive impact to ensure our customers have a successful new business implementation.

Who You Are:

• Minimal travel including overnight stays for trainings (5%).
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience required.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Requires effective verbal and written communication and relationship building skills.
• Must acquire a Life & Health licenses within 3 months. Must maintain licenses by meeting continuing education requirements.
• Must be proactive and be able to accomplish work with limited direct supervision and general work direction.
• Prefer 1+ years experience in group benefits services, financial services, marketing or sales, but not required.
• Requires strong planning, organizational, problem solving and time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $29.42 - $47.31 / hour Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years of experience in group benefits services, financial services, marketing or sales.

• The targeted base salary for the Implementation Coordinator position is $61,200-$82,800, and is eligible for an annual bonus.
• The targeted base salary for the Implementation Specialist position is $72,000-98,400, and is eligible for an annual bonus.
