Job Summary/Objective
Provides project consulting for requirements, design, configuration and implementation of OEC productsto meet the client’s business and technical requirements. Works as part of a team to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery to customer implementations of all sizes, while supporting a smooth adoption of OEC’s product(s). Supports project planning, regular reporting, owning of communication, identifying risks, and mentoring other team resources.
Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)
1. Work with senior team members, or the customer directly, to gather the business and technical requirements through a variety of methods (including interviewing, review of documentation, meetings, etc.) of the customer solution based on the best way to leverage the product.
2. Contributes directly to the project deliverables based on information obtained in review sessions or discussions.
3. Assists with the design of the customer solution, increasing from standard to complex and/or data integration/reporting components/and/or testing.
4. Performs configuration tasks under the direction of senior team members and within the budgeted hours.
5. Provides thoroughly tested customer deliverables to senior project resources for further review.
6. Identifies opportunities for the sale of additional services for the client.
7. Delivers training as required.
8. Acts as a buddy for peer group new starters.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in information technology, computer science, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing technical solutions involving SFTP, web services, standard reporting tools, data migration and related technologies
- At least 4 years prior experience in technical or software development for client implementations to include all phases of the implementation lifecycle such as needs analysis, software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting and client expectation management
- Proven experience as a business consultant of SaaS implementation projects in medium to large organizations
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects, and deliver on results efficiently and aggressively against timelines.
- Ability to provide direction to other project team members.
- Overall understanding of consulting, business practices, culture and lifestyle.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with project team and client resources.
- Familiarity with standard project implementation methodologies and deliverables created during an enterprise systems deployment.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and use of basic business productivity tools like MS365, Miro, and Smartsheet.
- Ability to work independently without direction from other project members.
- Ability to focus on multiple priorities and tasks at a given time.
- Ability to document and communicate project status regularly to the project lead.
- Domestic/international travel for this position may be required.
- Must be able to fluctuate work hours as necessary to engage with different global time zones
