Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Become an expert within all facets of Employee Navigator and Zywave platforms through online and independent hands-on training.

2.Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; heavy computer usage to draft correspondence, enter data, and print letters, reports, and/or other materials.

3.Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.

4.Assist clients and Account Executives with case builds including benefits enrollment, carrier and payroll integrations, and open enrollments.

5.Collaborate with teammates on process improvements and strategies to make the most out of systems and processes.

6.Work closely with clients and members to investigate insurance claims for accuracy depending on client’s policies.

7.Document specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records.

8.Follow strict HIPAA protocol to protect confidentiality.

9.Create and maintain required documentation and project plan.

10.Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.

11.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

·At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.

·Georgia State Insurance License required or obtain it within 6 months.

·Consistently seeking to improve their own knowledge of the systems, our industry, and personal growth.

·Possess strong customer service skills including the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious.

·Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel. Prefer 5+ years exp.

·Experience with benefits administration preferred

·Experience with health insurance, employee benefits, and HR technology

·Are scrappy and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done

Full-time, M-F 8:30 am-5:00pm
