Bachelor's degree in any of the following (natural resources management, environmental studies, environmental planning, environmental engineering, environmental management, international development).

Demonstrated ability to manage a highly skilled, interdisciplinary team and to interact with USAID operating units in DC and aboard.

Manage multiple project schedules with competing deadlines and budget constraints.

4+ years of teaching experience

3 years of experience in school leadership teams/roles

Experience constructing data displays, charts, and graphs in Microsoft Excel and/or other visualization tools.

Experience facilitating processes to encourage success on a departmental and organizational level

Experience developing and facilitating professional learning to accelerate internal execution of organizational/departmental priorities
