What you will be doing: Performs variety of basic clerical duties, following instructions and procedures. Main responsibilities involve scanning hard copy documents into our internal document retention software. May include filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry and maintaining records. Job may be routine and often repetitive. Job often resides in operating units where high volume of information is being processed and/or maintained - most of the information involves accounting records (invoices, journals, reports)

What you will need: Normally required to operate a variety of general business machines and equipment such as a personal computer, copier, data entry terminal or other similar machines. High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced schooling beyond high school preferred, but not required. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
