Medcalf Heating & Cooling is one of the fasted growing companies in the Wabash Valley. We pride ourselves for providing excellent heating, air conditioning installation service along with great customer service. We are looking for skilled HVAC Installer as well as untrained installers.

HVAC Installer Helper Requirements:


  • US work authorization
  • Drivers License

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

  • Perform all installations to the Medcalf standard of picture-perfect installations
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Represent yourself consistent with Medcalf standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance
  • Actively participate in ongoing technical training Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Remove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Perform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirements
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job
  • Finish all work within the allocated time for the job
  • Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Plus the ability to earn Bonus Pay

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
