Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is actively looking for a motivated full-time Helper & Assistant - Residential HVAC Installations to assist our installers in serving our clients in and around Anderson, IN. We pay our residential HVAC Installations Helpers & Assistants $40k - $60,000/year. This position works 7:30 am - 5 pm or until the job is finished, Mon - Fri. You will be joining a team that works hard, has fun, and supports each other. And, you will become part of a stable company that is respected in your community.

Requirements

As a residential HVAC Installations Helper & Assistant, you are the sidekick that our installers rely on for major support while installing brand new furnaces, air conditioners, coils, and more, especially during our busy season.

It's your ability to catch on so quickly and your keen eye for detail that ensures the completed work is quality, long-lasting, and satisfies every client!

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience required
• The physical capability of lifting and installing HVAC systems
• Can properly charge and handle refrigerant (per the clean air act)
