Responsibilities


Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring an HR Generalist for Fremont Hospital! The HR Generalist is responsible for providing HR support to the Director of HR while overseeing the functions of the department and facility. This position is responsible for recruiting, conducting general employee orientations, administrating and conducting employee benefits, assist in various employee relation issues, work related injuries and processing Workers’ Compensation, Leave of Absence, administers plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee policies and procedures manual; compiles and retrieves personnel data, actions, and changes with appropriate timeliness; and ensures the confidentiality of all data and information. Assists with HR projects, and other duties as assigned.

Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field is preferred; Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.


Experience: Minimum three years of Human Resources experience. Prefer hospital setting experience or Human Resources certification.


Computer/Software programs: Experience in working Microsoft word, excel, power point, and HR related systems such as Lawson, Healthstream, and ICIMS preferred.
