Job Summary:

LSG SkyChefs is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead and manage the human resources function for our organization. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance with employment laws and regulations, including monitoring changes and updating policies and procedures as required.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees while ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Lead the HR team and provide guidance, coaching, and support to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain effective performance management systems to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies and programs that align with the company's objectives and support the overall business strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, practices, and legal requirements, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment, handling employee grievances, and resolving conflicts.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • Experience in the airline or food service industry is a plus.
