Job Description

To support our rapidly growing customer base in North America and Europe, we seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and goal-driven HRBP to help our business in Palo Alto, CA office.


Requirements

  • Responsible for compliance reporting and maintaining documentation of compliance activities.
  • Partner with the global team and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
  • Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, drafting paperwork and tracking of medical leave of absence, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned.
  • Will work to build relationships and work in cross-functional settings interfacing with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Integrate and partner with the team in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Employee Relations, HRIS, and new employee orientation.
  • Serves as an onsite point person for employees and will provide support in alignment with organizational and departmental goals.



Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills; HRIS systems and ADP payroll experience will be a plus.
  • Ability to disseminate written policies and procedures.
  • Minimum: 3-5 years of HR Experience.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience, Master's degree in human resources or related field a plus.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and simultaneous tasks.
