Job Description

As HR Business Partners (HRBPs) (NJ2904), we align the organization's management and team to achieve business objectives. With a hands-on strategic approach and a goal of accelerating a culture of excellence, it establishes partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services to employees and management that reflect the organization's objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:

  • Working with the HR team, analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support the company's strategic growth.
  • Partnership with all areas of Human Resources (Payroll, Benefits, Hiring, Risk Management, Leaves, Compensation and Talent Development).
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members.
  • Assist all levels of a company's HR department with timely information and/or education.
  • Manage performance management and team member development goals by educating, coaching, and collaborating with all levels of management.
  • Provide proactive solutions to team member reports by analyzing and interpreting them.
  • Identify and enhance organizational effectiveness and team member satisfaction through the development of people strategies.
  • Participate in the continuous development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of organizational and people-related strategies.
  • Assists with other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements
  • Interprets and provides guidance on HR policies.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills are excellent.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • HR expertise in feedback, team member relations, development, coaching, compensation, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Managing HR processes such as performance calibration, reviews, compensation cycles, and promotions.
  • Engage and inspire team members to deliver business results, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations of complex employee relations issues.


Business Partner in Human Resources

  • Understand, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to understand the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices related to these factors.
  • Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Onsite: 100%
  • Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in HR.
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues for at least eight years.
  • Pay: $90,000.00
  • Location: Riverside, CA
  • Credentials such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
  • Understanding of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and state and federal employment laws.
