Job Details


We are seeking an experienced Permanent Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing HR guidance and support to business units, as well as extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including Workday, and ensure data integrity.
  • Manage HR-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and policy updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance and support on a wide range of issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development and career growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a corporate environment, preferably in the Finance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Human Resources, Health Science, or a related field.
