Job Description

This role is onsite in Overland Park, KS 66210 at our Headquarters.


The HR Administrator responsibilities are focused on the employee experience. You will engage with employees regularly throughout their entire lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and end of employment processes.


Qualifications:

Helpful experiences include strong communication, experience following or enforcing policy, practicing attention to detail, multitasking, and leading project and/or process improvements.


  • Commitment to following policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with accuracy.
  • High level of proficiency in Office365 tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a preferred focus in human resources or business. Leadership or supervision experiences are a plus. You will also need demonstrated experience in the areas listed below:
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and building effective relationships.
