The Human Resources Administrator III Provides administrative support for human resources in regard to Payroll, FMLA-STD, Attendance and Benefits.
What You’ll Do
  • Assists in the administration of leave programs such as FMLA, Short and long-term disability.
  • Assists with administration of benefits and attendance count program
  • Updates HRIS system for transfers, department changes, supervisor updates, disciplinary actions, personal information changes, etc.
  • Enters schedules into Kronos.
  • Prepares new employee announcements for bulletin boards and assists with bulletin board material and postings., service awards,
  • Assists in preparation of payroll for submission for weekly processing.
  • Assists with post-employment activities such as the preparation for new employee orientation, document filing along with creating and maintaining personnel files.
  • Manages and prepares employee functions such as retirement parties and employee meetings
  • Assists with charitable donation programs such as community blood drives, and annual United Way Drives.
  • Assists with weekly, monthly, and annual human resources reports.
  • Fills in for front office HR Administrator in his/her absences.
  • Greets and assists employees.
  • Manages records per our records retention policy and prepares records for storage or destruction.
  • Assists with various projects.
  • Assist with Peer Review, employee purchase programs, perfect attendance program and service awards.

  • Prefer an associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Products), To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in data entry, knowledge of HRIS software; Internet software; and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
