Job Description
  • Must live in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area ***
PURPOSE: The Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the HR Management team at Arion Care Solutions. The HR Administrative Assistant ensures completion and accuracy of transactional functions. In addition, the HR Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
Minimum Qualification
  • Effective HR clerical skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 5 years of experience in clerical, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in HRIS or IS preferred
  • Highly computer literate with experience in MS Office and other related tools
  • Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint card
  • Satisfactory background check

Essential Job Functions
  • Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by department
  • Assist with updating HR trackers
  • Maintain and update HR documents, such as organization charts, employee handbooks, and job descriptions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Follow all company and State policies and procedures
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR management
  • Manage and update new and existing employee information in various HR databases
  • Enter and link employees into compliance systems and websites
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR Management team
  • Assist HR Management team with special projects as assigned
  • May assist with preparation of human resources reports such as recruiting, onboarding, and turnover reports
  • Stay up to date on current rules and regulations regarding HR regulations, forms, and procedures
  • General office duties including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and report generation
  • Manage personnel files
Physical And Mental Requirements
  • Ability to use and work with multiple databases to research discrepancies, update databases, and maintain spreadsheets and tables.
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • ­Ability to exercise patience and use good judgment while working quickly.
  • The ability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend.

Work Environment
  • This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. In person meetings or events may be required at times. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate.
