In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive people strategy that drives the organization to achieve our vision of being the destination of choice for our associates and financial professionals. Accountabilities include:
- Establish and implement HR services that effectively articulate, align with and support the company’s mission, vision and values.
- Identify and implement process simplification and elimination of non-value-added work.
- Regularly assess organizational structure, design, and challenges to address gaps and mitigate risks.
- Establish robust programs to foster exceptional leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Create a high performing HR team that leverages the strengths and potential of current and future talent.
- Research, develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance, incentive, and reward and recognition programs.
- Serve as strategic business partner, coach and advisor to executives, helping them to grow as business and people leaders and as a team.
- Provide strategic consultation and guidance to senior leaders related to the implementation and management of the people strategy, business initiatives and organizational changes to optimize roles and responsibilities.
- Measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of HR services and strategic initiatives with key performance indicators that inform continuous improvement and thoughtful decision-making.
- Serve as champion and advocate for all HR activities both inside and outside of the firm.
- Drive the development and implementation of forward-thinking HR policies, procedures and business practices.
- Collaborate with the Chief Experience Officer to implement strategies for associate and financial professional onboarding, engagement, retention, development and performance.
- Consult with business leaders to understand talent strengths, gaps, threats and opportunities; develop workforce plans to address them.
- Oversee and directly manage the delivery of all HR solutions to the business including Business Consultation, Compensation Design and best practices, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Culture, Engagement Strategy, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Development Strategy, HR Communication, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Budgets, Vendor Selection and Management and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
- Collaborate with and drive partnerships across departments and divisions.
Requirements:
- Have strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- Have at least 15 years of experience in demonstrably more senior HR roles; at least 10 of those years in HR leadership.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field or equivalent work experience. Prefer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
