Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager with a strong focus on talent acquisition to lead our Human Resources department. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, with a particular emphasis on talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, and recruitment efforts. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain top talent while ensuring that our HR practices align with the organization's goals and promote a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and overall HR performance. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future organizational needs, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Implement effective candidate assessment methods, such as skills tests, behavioral interviews, and other selection tools, to identify the best-fit candidates for each position.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Ensure that all HR practices meet legal requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection decisions. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth and staffing needs. Collaborate with senior management to forecast talent requirements and design recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Work to maintain a positive work environment and resolve any conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the Safety and Management team to identify training needs and support the design and delivery of relevant learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • A passion for staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative recruitment practices.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR and recruitment teams effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations related to recruitment and talent management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
