We are seeking an experienced HRIS/HR Generalist to help with the administration, reporting and analysis within PrimePay’s HRIS system. Other HR Generalist responsibilities will be required to help support the overall business needs of the HR department.

The HRIS/HR Generalist responsibilities include:
- Responsible for defining system requirements and working with internal development resources to optimize the system
- Administer, develop and research the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Ensure that data is accurately processed and maintained according to PrimePay needs, rules and applicable regulations
- Configure the system to meet ongoing business needs
- Generate reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management and workforce analytics
Success will come if you have:
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- One year of experience working in Human Resources
- Adaptable and flexible with change
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Employee data management, HR metrics and analytics HRIS experience
