Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We are seeking an HR Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best experience possible while using our products or services.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond appropriately
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat or phone
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
