Job Summary
Staffing Services Department is responsible for executing the Company's hiring plans, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the right talent, both locally and across the globe are sourced and placed in the right role, at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the application of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to line management for employee-related matters.
- Recommend and execute plans to improve employee engagement in the organization.
- Recommend new HR approaches and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department and HR services.
- Implement the corporate Performance management and promotion programs for department employees.
- Ensure adherence to corporate people Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the business plan cycle.
- Collaborate with HR teams at the Admin Area and Business Line levels to ensure consistency in the application of HR frameworks and programs.
- Develop and implement a structured employee development strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.
- Certifications: Completion of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), PHR (Professional in Human Resources), CIPD Level 5 (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), or other equivalent international certificate. Alternatively, a Master's degree in HR.
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Management, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
