Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to serve as the face of the company for employees and candidates to the facility.
- You will support the Sr HR Manager, Sr Business Partner HR and Sr HR Representative and other staff with administrative duties in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage candidate interviews, meetings/conference calls and related activities including all on-site meeting logistics and assist in onboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Assist with ordering and maintenance of department office supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels for designated areas.
- Assist with candidate visits to the facility, welcome all guests, and direct employees to
- Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities including file creation, maintenance, and retention in addition to mailing, shipping, and errands.
- Prioritize daily routines and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proven track record of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to internal customers and external candidates.
- 5+ years of administrative support, customer service, HR and/or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with moderate experience in leveraging Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and run reports.
- Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving.
- Must be detail-oriented with great organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
