What You'll Be Doing


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a background in working at early stage startups. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes for a high growth company. You will be responsible for supporting our growing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and innovative organization and contribute to our growth and success.


What We Are Looking For


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee documentation. Stay updated on employment legislation and communicate updates
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives as needed
  • Foster positive work culture and address employee concerns. Conduct feedback sessions and implement initiatives for employee satisfaction
  • Manage benefits administration including enrollment, vendor selection and employee inquiries
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and support workforce planning
  • Support performance management process and identify training needs. Track performance metrics and evaluate effectiveness


What We Are Looking For


  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
  • Proven experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR software
  • Relevant certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of HR experience
