Hr Generalist - $90K-$100K

This role will be responsible for benefits (insurance plans, PFML, COBRA, etc.); evaluate existing programs and suggest improvements; HR administration; new hire onboarding; and other team-building initiatives. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration with the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR. Other qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree, strong computer skills (MS Office, HRIS databases), and a passion for working with people to help resolve and questions/issues related to HR.
