Important Responsibilities HR Generalist
By ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently followed, this person is in charge of assisting and guiding the department, supervisors, and managers. Additionally accountable for preserving favorable worker relations across the entire facility by keeping regular touch and visibility with the team and specified locations.
Key Requirements And Qualifications HR Generalist
Keep track of and manage attendance (E-Time, progressive punishment)
Within the allocated area/shift, maintain good shop floor visibility.
Track the implementation of progressive discipline (attendance, plant standards, etc.). Make sure the paperwork and policies are consistent across all departments. While adhering to statutory and corporate requirements, give sound, accurate, and relevant advice to ensure consistency in the execution of employee relations policies.
Keep note of your preferred shift. Make sure the information is accurate when shift-transfer chances arise.
the process of performance reviews is overseen and maintained. Follow the process of the performance review. Inform the general manager, assistant general managers, human resources manager, and department manager of the team members who are due for a performance review soon.
Process documentation for a change in the status of the team (such as a pay rate, shift change, or position change).
Take advantage of departmental transfers and advancement chances. When a job opportunity is offered, get in touch with other HR generalists to confirm team member eligibility.
Conduct exit interviews and deal with terminations. Be sure to properly delete staff from all systems.
Additional Details
Excellent verbal and writing interpersonal, communication, and organizing abilities are required.
