To this end, we are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
Responsibilities
About the position:
We are looking for a highly ambitious and diligent individual with an exceptional work ethic to join us as an HR Coordinator. We're in growth mode and are planning to scale our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with HR & recruitment practices, be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, and play well with a team. They would truly appreciate how important culture is to an organization and bring this enthusiasm to their HR supporting efforts and the team through new ideas.
Provide operational and system administration support for various HR programs and processes, ranging from sourcing candidates, full cycle recruitment, data management, employee support and outreach.
Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations as well as administration of on-going human resources policies, procedures and programs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job postings/advertising, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening and scheduling interviews
• Partner directly with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently
• Build relationships with key universities and educational institutions and represent Virtuos in the NA region recruitment events
• Manage Office and ensure high quality environment is provided for our team members
• Respond to employees internal requests and work through critical deadlines.
• Work closely with HR and Operations leaders to support daily business functions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
• Facilitate candidate experience by being a brand ambassador for our company culture, and open positions

Qualifications

• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines
• Proactive and contributive; takes initiative and follows-through reliably

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, business or related field
• Relevant 1-2 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for video game industry a plus
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource elements including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
