Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Talent Acquisition
Support The Full-cycle Recruitment And Hiring Process Through
  • Posting new jobs to internal and external job boards
  • Responding to job inquiries in shared email inbox
  • Liaising with internal hiring managers to ensure our processes are clear and their needs are met
  • Conducting initial phone screens
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, keeping open lines of communication throughout their experience
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews using UKGPro, our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Reviewing incoming applications and actioning accordingly
  • Accountability for keeping our Applicant Tracking System (UKGPro) organized and up-to-date
Onboarding
  • Update presentation given to new hires on their first day, making sure information is relevant and current
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Partnering with internal hiring managers to create Onboarding Plans for new hires
  • Completion of I-9 with new hires
  • Supporting pre-onboarding preparation and tasks - such as drafting offer letters, background checks, and other logistics
  • Ensuring all federal, state and local employment laws are being followed and set up for new hires and on an ongoing basis
  • Assign new hire courses in learning management system
  • Reviewing current workflows, policies, and documents for onboarding to ensure compliance and effectiveness
HR Administration
  • Assists with ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Maintains confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Assign and manage required and recommended courses in learning management system
  • Participates in special projects and initiatives assigned to the HR team
  • Maintains accurate employment records, both physical and electronic files
  • Other assignments as requested by management
  • Coordinates the offboarding process, including equipment collection, letters, and leave payouts
  • Supporting execution and maintenance of existing people programs and strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with current business needs
  • Maintaining and updating employee information in HRIS
  • Processes HR department mail and distribution of unemployment claims to appropriate locations
Qualifications
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Self-starter capable of working independently to meet due dates
  • Demonstrated Word & Excel skills necessary to efficiently analyze and manipulate data
  • Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, analysis, and organization
  • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with supervision.
  • Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or 3+ years of progressive experience in customer service and support roles.
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
