Servicing Specialist Intern (part time)

Salary: $20 per hour

Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting a Servicing Specialist Intern for a fast-growing specialty insurance company based in Fort Washington, PA. This is a fully remote position, in which the successful candidate would need to be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am EST – 5:30pm EST and the successful candidate can also work full time hours if so desired. There is no definitive end date to the internship, the candidate can work for as long as they need.

For more than 35 years, our client has been redefining insurance. They educate financial advisors and consumers about the option to sell their life insurance policies, and purchase life insurance policies in transactions called life settlements. To date, their efforts have delivered more than $4 billion to consumers for policies they no longer needed.

About the role

The Servicing Specialist assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Servicing Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the policy owners and life insurance companies. You will play an important role in our client’s process to ensure the correct changes are implemented after the policy sale and optimize the valuation of policies.

Requirements

·Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel.

·Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.

·Currently studying a bachelor’s degree.
