Responsibilities:
East Valley family owned, and operated Highline Automotive dealership seeks a self-motivated, entry-level HR Coordinator. Our entire team is top-notch, and all strive to make every experience at our stores enjoyable for everyone. If you are looking for an opportunity to work for a growing family-owned dealership; our organization is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Administer full employee lifecycle changes including employee onboarding, job changes, and terminations.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Act as a trusted advisor on benefits and company policies and procedures.
- Assist with pre-employment background checks, drug screening and reference checks.
- Completes verifications of employment.
- Ability to be efficient, maintain poise and professionalism in high pressure situations
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, completes E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
- Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disabilities and life insurnace.
- Administer full employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS
- Maintains electronic files for new hires, active and terminated employees.
- Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 2 years HR Coordinator experience REQUIRED
- Automotive experience preferred
- 2 years on-boarding experience
- HRIS, Microsoft Office 365 experience
- 2 years benefits experience
