HR Business Partner (WL1C)
Scope: Finance PH, Finance B&W SEA, PH Wellbeing and Employee Engagement, HR4HR Support
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
In the role of HR Business Partner, you have responsibility for all aspects of the people agenda. You will ensure by effectively partnering your function or business unit that HR policies and processes are executed effectively. You will work closely with the broader HR community, using your business expertise & insight to diagnose talent, organisation, culture and capability needs in the business and deliver interventions to address these.
You will work directly with your assigned functional leadership team in strategizing, identifying, developing and managing strategic human resources programs/interventions to grow the Unilever business.
Main Accountabilities
  • Coaches and advises business leaders in the optimisation of organisation and team design techniques to improve performance
  • Understands organisation diagnostic tools and uses them to plan and implement a range of organisation development interventions and change acceleration programmes
  • Support in the execution of the country HR4HR program
  • Uses insight to suggest alternative paths of action and short-term HR solutions
  • Assesses the talent needs of the organisation in order to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions. Effectively partners managers to influence them to make the right choices regarding Talent.
  • Builds managers’ capability in managing performance and reward decisions
  • Management and execution of country Employee Engagement activities
  • Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the HRLT, People Experience and Expertise & Innovation teams to share best practice
  • Works at both the organisational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs. Advises the client group the business and performance benefits of learning interventions.
  • Management and execution of country Wellbeing initiatives
  • Understands the broader market context and what’s happening in the organisation and uses this insight to improve business performance
Relevant Experience
  • Knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
  • Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision
