Hr Business Partner Jobs

The ideal candidate will responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR partnership to assigned department managers and staff to create and sustain a workplace culture of engagement and high performance and contribute to the achievement of people- and culture-related business objectives. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the organization, team members, departments and culture.

Required Qualifications

• Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in Spanish
• 5 years’ responsible experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement required; experience gained in Internacional Logistic environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
