Job Description

Are you a driven and self-motivated HR professional looking for your next opportunity?

We currently have an eight-month parental leave cover ole which will see you partner with Macquarie Asset Management Private Markets and Strategic Solutions stakeholders across the Americas and take accountability for the delivery of comprehensive HR advice and services. You will work closely with the Global Macquarie Asset Management HR team, as well as Centre of Excellence teams to deliver human resources activities aligned to the broader business strategy and Macquarie Group’s corporate HR principles and practices.

Macquarie Asset Management is a large scale, global asset manager, providing clients with access to a diverse range of capabilities and products across infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, private credit, fixed income, equities, multi-asset and liquid alternatives.

You will be pragmatic, with a delivery-focused style and excellent judgement combined with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability, and personal credibility, to influence senior management across the business. Having worked within a global matrix organization, you will have the desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group. You will support aspects of the year-end remuneration and promotion processes whilst driving the execution of talent and diversity strategies within the business group.

You will also have degree-level education with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications and well-developed analytical skills and numeracy. If you are seeking to take on accountability for a diverse range of HR activities and driving strategic outcomes, while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day delivery of HR services to business leaders and teams, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Salary

Salary range for this position: $135,00 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
