HR Business Partner | Asset Management | New York

We are looking to speak with engaging, strategic HR professionals with a passion for delivering employee-centric service.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be supporting an interntional client group of circa 400.

You will work closely with the rest of the HR team to push the business's growth agenda whilst having the autonomy to partner directly with leadership.

This is a full generalist role so we are looking for candidates with broad HR experience including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relationships, Compensation and Global Mobility.

Recent HR experience in Asset Management or a similar area of Financial Services is essential.

This role is based in New York and has a hybrid working pattern. 3 days a week in midtown.

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious HR professional with a strong generalist background. You will have an analytical, data-led approach with strong commercial acumen.
This role will partner up to MD level so a Financial Services background is essential.
