Job Description
Summary


Assists the HR Manager in performing activities in the human resource department including benefit review, recruiting, employee surveys, record maintenance, and employee support activities.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Displays the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Assists in the hiring process i.e., recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing employees.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Assists in the administration of the employee benefits program.
  • Assists with related special projects, as required.

Qualifications


Two to three years of related experience and/or training. Human Resource certifications preferred, but not required.
