Position: HR Admin Specialist
Location: Onsite in Raleigh, NC for the first several weeks before transitioning to a Hybrid setting (2-3 days onsite)
Pay: $45,000 to $50,000 annual plus commission
Experience: At least 1 year in a related customer facing and/or HR position
Education: N/A

We are seeking a HR Admin Specialist to be the primary advocate for our clients throughout their time with Greene Resources.
:
- This person will be regularly pulling reports out of different platforms (i.e., SSI, eRecruit), writing and reviewing SOPS, brainstorming process improvements and attendance tracking.performing timesheet review, and analyzing data
- This position will be very admin heavy with payroll duties (performing timesheet review, and analyzing data) when needed
- Leading presentations and training when needed.
- The role will involve an element of training and information sharing, such as when a process or software changes; They will be the point person for questions
Position Requirements:
- MUST be confident with client interaction
- No preferred industry skills required (however experience in Excel, PowerPoint is very important)
- This person needs to have an inquisitive nature, be a creative problem solving, and have a knack for process improvement
