Job Description
House Manager

A family of 5 with 3 under the age of 4 is in search of a full-time House Manager for their Greenwich home. Applicants must have 5+ years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday (9 am – 6 pm) (flexible on weekends)

Salary
DOE $90,000 to $120,000 /yr.
Car provided for business use.

Live Out Housekeeper

Primary Duties
  • Organize and manage household inventories, closets, and storage areas.
  • Plan and assist with regular entertainment for private & social events.
  • Management of the residence and property including the New York City apartment.
  • Tech savvy – research and purchase.
  • Serve as the point person in emergencies. When needed, immediately inspect and secure property, and inform principals, security companies, and authorities.
  • Oversee and report on household budgets and expenses.
  • Drive; help with children, run errands. grocery shopping etc.
  • Supervised of general interior and exterior household/property maintenance, renovations, and vendors.
  • Assist with the principal’s non-profit work and other creative projects.

Skills Required
  • Service-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience with managing high-end residences.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility in accommodating changing schedules and a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Child friendly
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Energetic with a dedicated work ethic, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to anticipate the needs of principals.
