Youth House Case Manager Jobs

Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.

Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.

Demonstrated education, training or experience in the mental health services

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum two years’ experience in mental health

Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed

Part-time work, education and/or volunteer activities off site with House Operator permission

Manages chore schedules, stocks house supplies (e.g., toiletries) and performs laundry/cleaning as needed for room changes/new residents

Assists residents in learning life skills (e.g., cooking and cleaning) as needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledgeable about and demonstrated commitment to 12 step/recovery programs

Running errands such as grocery shopping

Ability to grocery shop & prepare meals

Ability to clean & organize the home

Professional attitude and hard working

Able to work 20-30 hours per week

Normal daylight hours (in between 9am and 5pm)

Provide for the management and care coordination of the residents needs

Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience -OR-

Master's degree in counseling or related field and one year of related experience

Ensure the efficient running of the day to day program under the leadership of the Program Director

Provide for the safety and security of child/adolescents within the residential setting by promoting a healthy, clean and supportive environment.

Render personal care services and provides transportation to school and doctor's appointments.

Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in case management.

Knowledge of case management principles, objectives, standards, and methods, including motivational interviewing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous venue and house management experience preferred

Effectively communicate and report to operations and venue managers before, during and after each event.

Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized

Working knowledge of venue operations

Hourly compensation based on experience.

Contribute to emergency preparedness and coordinate response to emergency situations appropriately.

Utilize Life House’s proprietary software to manage internal tasks and guests communication

Knowledge of the local area and things to do, and places to go – or enthusiasm to acquire that knowledge

Experience in guest or customer service

Assist with the guest check-in/check-out process while engaging with guests

Facilitate making reservations and room changes.

Coordinate communication and partnership between the front desk and other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and Central Support)

Serve as liaison between the treatment teams and the community.

Conduct group meetings including MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) meetings and ART (Aggression Replacement Training) meetings.

Have great organizational & time management skills;

Provide instruction to mentors and cadets on reporting requirements and responsibilities;

Manage and input required data into the program's database in accordance with National Guard Bureau requirements.

Experience with managing high-end residences.

Supervised of general interior and exterior household/property maintenance, renovations, and vendors.

2+ years case management experience

Assists clients in advocating for and obtaining benefits and entitlements.

Responsible for ensuring residents are held accountable to program rules and responsibilities.

Knowledge of LGBTQ+ identities and issues, housing interventions, and mental health support

Provides individual and group counseling.

Coordinate psychosocial, legal, and medical referrals as needed.
